Comrades, I’ve been mulling over a fascinating concept lately.
Imagine diving deep into our physical bodies, beyond the muscles and nerves, right down to the energy that fuels us. It’s like we’re made up of two distinct types of energy.
Picture one as a vibrant blue, the energy of creation and construction. Then there’s this fiery red energy, the force of destruction or breaking down. One builds, the other breaks down. However, to be clear, we’re not labeling anything as good or bad. It’s simply energy, the yin and the yang.
Now, if you’ve been following our discussions here on Substack, you’ll remember we’ve touched on topics like life being a school and the consciousness of our energy. When we view energy in this dualistic way, it becomes clear that there’s no such thing as absolute good and bad. The real question is, are we constructing or destructing?
Think about it. You can build harmful things, but you can also tear them down. You can destroy beneficial things, and you can also build them. So, this whole idea of good and evil is somewhat relative, isn't it?
Let’s take our thoughts, for example. There’s energy in every thought that pops into our minds. But what kind of energy is it? Is it constructive or destructive? If we were to label something as evil, it would probably be an egotistical thought, one that's artificial and not from the divine. These are thoughts that have been programmed into our ego by societal influences, like the Tavistock Institute.
When we become aware of these thoughts, we can recognize their destructive, egotistical nature. We can then choose to construct something different or destroy that thought. So, the key takeaway here isn’t to view the world in terms of good and evil, but rather to focus on the energy of things.
When we look at the energy within our bodies and our thoughts, we can ask ourselves: is this being constructive or destructive? Am I building something or destroying something for the greater good? Or am I building or destroying something that leads to a demise?
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Feel free to drop your comments or questions below. Let's keep the conversation going!

It is beyond doubt that our thoughts affect us and even those around us. Dr. Masura Emoto has shown that when words of kindness and love vs. negative words are spoken to water, or when labels with words evoking positive or negative emotions are placed on the containers, the ice will freeze into well-formed crystals or unorganized masses. Other studies have shown that music that is tuned at 432 hz, which used to be the standard, is beneficial to our bodies, while music that is tuned to 440 hz, which is the new standard, is harmful to our cells.
We must understand that we live in a world that is crafted towards the negative; the destructive. News, music, media, EMF radiation, etc. are crafted to bring about the negative. While I don’t believe in a being called Satan, there is a force in this world that those in power are aligned with that uses negativity to create the world that it wants to manifest through mass consciousness.
Discordant rock music, which was created by the Tavistock institute and others, has a negative effect on our thoughts, emotions, and physiology. Recently, artists like Ice Cube have admitted that they were used by the CIA to create gangster rap in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s to degrade culture. It made them millionaires and destroyed their community. I have witnessed it first-hand.
Watch a violent movie, listen to a political podcast that goes against your ideology, or one that supports your ideology, but is taking down a media spot by the opposite ideology and gauge your emotions. Are they positive or negative?
The good news is that we create our reality to a large degree. Once you are aware of this mechanism you can insulate yourself by avoiding negative media and consuming positive media. Just by being aware of the manipulation you can change your mindset to that of a dispassionate observer and obtain the information without being effected by the emotions.
