If I’m interpreting this correctly:

  • The citizens in Gaza would not be allowed to evacuate the area. This is the citizens we’re referring to, not the Hamas. 

  • Suppose the citizens are not allowed to leave when the retaliation strikes against Hamas occur. In that case, these citizens will be caught in the crossfire.

If I’m mistaken here, please let me know. I quickly read the article, and this is the idea that came to mind. Please let me know if I read it too fast and missed the message. I’m always looking for feedback and corrections and can post an update stating I was incorrect.
