Thanks for this Franklin! I wondered if part of the dinosaur myth is helping sell fossil fuel scarcity, in addition of course to advancing the theory of evolution.

As a new grandmother I am shocked by how many clothing articles for infants, how many books for babies, how many toys feature adorable dinosaurs.

I know my own kids loved the Land Before Time series. We enjoyed it during a time before I started questioning science.

My daughter asked me to keep my dino skepticism to myself as she doesn’t want her baby to grow up to be ridiculed by his teachers and peers for any Paleolithic disbelief or doubts. And so the lies are perpetuated.

Hahaha! Cynthia! I recently had a child and yes, all the infant accessories (books, toys, clothes) are tailored to dinosaurs LOL! The brainwashing starts young. Please don't keep your skepticism to yourself because -- yes, even though in modern society's eyes it may seem taboo -- however, more and more are actually waking up to the fact and there's a LARGE number of people who simply don't believe in dinosaurs but don't speak a loud on such matters. So please, keep waking people up :)

PS: You may enjoy my book. I dive into a these matters: https://unorthodoxy.substack.com/p/the-history-of-you-a-book-that-connects

Absolutely fascinating read. I have been wondering about this subject for a while now. Something to ponder!

Thanks man! Definitely something to ponder. I'm working on an article of "scientific dogmas" where I plan on tackling some of these topics we've been taught (e.g. the concept of space). That will be a members-only article btw, but definitely some interesting things here!

Don't know if you're aware or not, but I tried to put all this info into a book, and also a Udemy course. I make a 3part video series on the course which is free, but the course itself is free with the link below until March 19th, 2023:

Glad you're enjoying these topics! More definitely to come!

Thanks, will definitely check this out!

What if when dinosaurs roamed the earth the earth was different from how we know it today? What if the entire surface of the earth was covered in a layer of water of varying depths and the dinosaurs were all wading around? Would buoyancy not play a role? Would this not perhaps explain why they were able to get so large? Maybe that's why they had such large tails as it would assist in wading? Not that I am particularly attached to the idea that they existed. Quite happy to lable them as nonsense along with a lot of other things I was taught, it's just that I have heard of this wading theory before so wanted to throw it out there.

The physics of dinosaurs (disregarding whether or not they ever actually existed) is totally plausible if gravity on the surface of Earth is not assumed to be constant, i.e. the mass of the planet was less in the past. A growing, spinning planet would account for the geological features we see (and experience) without needing plate tectonics and subduction zones… Wikipedia: “Earth is so far the only planet where subduction is known to occur, and subduction zones are its most important tectonic feature. Subduction is the driving force behind plate tectonics, and without it, plate tectonics could not occur.“

Here’s a nice series of animations demonstrating this idea: https://youtu.be/oJfBSc6e7QQ?si=ehPkycF-z0afKNuf

The problem I have with all your research and possibilities of true or false in our reality is ludicrous. Why? Well given the fact we are living in a constructed reality daily and know it is all false HOW CAN WE KNOW YOUR “ proof” is real?

Duh!

You quote David Esker in support of your claim; but his theory is that a thicker atmosphere would explain the existence of dinosaurs! Very strange use of cherry picking evidence.

Hey Michelle! Thanks for this call out. Going off of memory here, but is Esker claim of a thicker atmosphere HIS theory?

The reason I ask is because I recall Esker making a couple of hypotheses as to how dinosaurs could have existed and I recall how he mentioned a possibility of the gravity on being being different. But he himself mentioned that that was simply a theory and he couldn’t prove it.

Interested in your thoughts there -
