Earlier this year, I stumbled upon an inspiring video on Instagram from the School of Hard Knocks, a channel known for its motivational content. School of Hard Knocks has significantly influenced my perspective, primarily through their focus on individuals who have achieved success by relentlessly pursuing their dreams.
The furthest distance hypothetically is from our head (brain) to our heart. That’s why I say to ‘stay where your hands are’ because it allows us to get heart centered. Our heart is not polarized like our brains, so it can see the truth from the false by FEELING and learning to intuitively know the frequency of the feeling we are reacting to in our environment (people, place, thing or idea).
