In reality our “national debt” is a farse. There, by the law of the land, should be no FED or the interest they charge to let us use their instrument as a marker of our own blood, sweat and tears as our currency. Our politicians have failed us and sold us as chaddle for a favorable position at the tit of this great beast. The fact that most have no idea about this conspiracy is mind boggling to me, more over that We The People have let this atrocity remain over us for over 100 years. Our currency is not just a negotiable instrument it is our life force and efforts, our goals, dreams and sweat equity being siphoned away by the 0.00001%. More so a crime of the century that most people don’t know they’re being robbed. Thank you for calling attention to this subject, it’s far past time to shine a light on this deep dark hole and take back our sovereignty.

I'm a conservative and Anti monopolist. As such I agree with Robert Reich of all people on antitrust action. But my focus is on citizen response to inflation. My argument goes like this, deficit spending by government leads to inflation. Inflation motivates the consuming public to seek less expensive goods while trying to maintain their standard of living. This motivation leads us to buy from China and other countries where labor, raw material, and energy costs are lower (plus help from Amazon). This helps grow China's economy and military, not ours.

So why is it so hard to know in advance of an online purchase, the Country of Origin. Here is a link to my answer: https://billpound.substack.com/p/congressional-gridlock-3-a-personal. This may seem like a small thing, but Congress can't agree to act on small bipartisan bills. They are worthless!
