The Multiple Paths To Freedom
And Why True Faith - Not Religious Faith - Is The Only Way To Get Us There
As I was writing this article, I had so many thoughts and ideas that could've taken away from the brevity of my talking points and argument. To ensure that you, the reader, see my entire thought process, I've included lots of footnotes with additional commentary to guide you on this discussion.
Introduction
In my last article on lies within the truth community, I stated that there were some topics that “truthers” don’t seem to address or look into. Since that article, I’ve contacted fellow truthers to collaborate and have been denied multiple times1. The rejection message I keep receiving is:
“Although we’re on the same path, we’re taking different routes.”
I’m not mad2 at this, and it makes a lot of sense. We have different backgrounds and experiences, and although we’re headed the same way, we take different paths. Even though I want to take a slight against the lack of cooperation or synergy between two truthers, that’s a message for another day.
Today, I want to focus on the ultimate path we’re headed on and what I see as the three main routes to get to that path. And then, I’ll make an argument as to why I think a path is the best.
Without any further ado, let’s dive in.
What Is The End Goal We’re Striving For
Ultimately, we’re all aiming for freedom. Freedom to live our life how we want to. But seriously, what does that freedom look like?
Ideally, we have plenty of resources, such as land and money, we’re not in financial slavery, and we have a solid community where if we wanted to have relationships and like-minded individuals, we could connect with them easily — in person or electronically.
To top it off, our children, and children’s children, would also have the same luxury of this freedom: no censorship, no government overreach, no propaganda in our schools or politics, none of that. If we could get to this world, then we would be complete. This ideal is a society worth building.
If you were to ask any truther, we would agree that we love this and want to work towards it. Since this is the ultimate goal, let’s look at the three paths aiming to get us there.
The Paths To Freedom
I see three possible paths to achieving the ultimate goal of freedom:
You have the Scientism Skeptic3. This path is an individual who understands that science can be used as a dogma to shape views since COVID-19. However, we should still trust science because only that science can be flawed, but we’re pretty much set on this science4 over here and don’t need to discuss it.
Then there’s the Religious Christian5. The idea behind this path is that we will get to freedom with Jesus at the forefront of everything. If it doesn’t have Jesus, the individual is not doing it. Even though, as a human species, we have different understandings of spirituality, all are incorrect, except for the path with Jesus.
Then, the last path is the Theoretical Scientist. This view blends the previous two because it takes an open approach to all subjects and reserves judgment after investigation. The Theoretical Scientist builds their view of reality on “what if,” however, that “what if” is often unexplored and uncharted territory.
Now that we have the three paths toward freedom within the truth community let’s examine their limitations.
