Introduction
Welcome to the fourth part of our series. Today, we delve into the intriguing intersection of faith, goal setting, and project execution. This blend might initially seem like an odd combination, but as we peel back the layers, we’ll discover a profound synergy that can transform our approach to achieving our objectives.
Our world is a complex tapestry of visible and invisible phenomena. Among these, there exists a spiritual phenomenon that permeates our reality, whether we choose to acknowledge it or not. It’s this phenomenon that we explore in our discussions and my book “An Unorthodox Truth.” As we delve deeper into this spiritual realm, we encounter concepts such as attention, intention, and action, and we find that faith is an integral part of this triad.
In his seminal work, “Think and Grow Rich,” Napoleon Hill posits that three elements are necessary to manifest any desire into reality: the power of love, the power of faith, and the power of sex, or, as I see it, action. In this context, faith can be seen as the embodiment of intention.
So, how does faith tie into goal setting and project execution? Let’s consider an example. Suppose you set a goal to lose a certain amount of weight because you want to be healthier. Health is the overarching project, and weight loss is the specific goal. You might set a weekly goal to lose a certain number of pounds. This goal might be challenging, but it should be just hard enough that you need to exercise some faith to achieve it.
The idea here is that as we undertake projects, we should set goals that stretch and push us beyond our comfort zones. Sure, you could set a small, easily achievable goal, but real growth happens when you set a goal that’s big enough to exercise your faith.
Why is this important? Numerous individuals have demonstrated that faith is like a muscle - the more you exercise it, the stronger it grows. Consider that for a moment. If faith is a muscle, then how do we exercise it? Here is where the power of goal setting comes into play.
By setting goals for ourselves on a consistent basis and by setting goals that are big enough to require the exercise of our faith, we can start to see how these phenomena manifest themselves to make our goals come to fruition. This concept is echoed in various strategies, from time-boxing1 to the Zeigarnik effect2.
As you embark on projects and exercise your powers of intention, attention, and faith, you’ll begin to see a phenomenon at work that transforms spiritual reality into material reality. That’s what projects are all about -- making the invisible visible and the indivisible divisible.
Stay tuned for the next part of our series, where we’ll wrap up these fascinating concepts and their practical applications. Remember, by focusing on the seven pillars of life, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, or in our case, a single goal. So, set your goals, exercise your faith, and watch as your projects transform from dreams into reality.
Thank you for your time and attention. As always, I look forward to your feedback in the comments below.
Ashe.
Questions To Reflect On
How does the concept of faith as a spiritual phenomenon resonate with you? Reflect on your own experiences and consider how this phenomenon might have manifested in your life.
How have you exercised your ‘faith muscle’ in the past? Consider instances where you’ve set challenging goals and the role faith played in achieving them.
Action Items and Next Steps
Set a Challenging Goal: Identify a goal that is significant and challenging, one that requires the exercise of your ‘faith muscle’. This could be related to personal growth, career advancement, health, or any other area of life.

Hmmm, I would like to think that your intentions for writing this substack are honorable, but it seems like you are leading us around the cul-de-sac, as Sage Hannah likes to say. You have written about electricity and how EMF's fit into the picture. You have mentioned Arthur Firstenberg's book "The Invisible Rainbow" So, if someone wants to improve their health, how can dieting and exercise overcome the bombardment of EMF's that we are exposed to when we know that these EMF's cause heart disease, diabetes and cancer? The person who wants to improve their health first needs to recognize that we are being poisoned every day, and then they have to Understand that they can protect themselves. Protection doesn't come from imagining a force field bubble around themselves. To manifest the physical, they need to first think that they need the force field, then they need to emotionally feel that they are protected, and then they will manifest the physical by taking whatever Action their Intuition has told them. The biggest hurdle is feeling the emotion. That is where affirmations come in. You say them every day until they get downloaded into the subconscious mind. And then magic starts to happen. Those are the steps, Think, Feel, Act.
