As someone who has suffered the vast majority of my life from debilitating winter sickness, early heart attacks and chronic stress, I finally abandoned allopathy for homeopathy medicine.

As someone who was raised on natural foods, I am now inundated with foods, previously having 2-3-4 ingredients, onto a laundry list of 30-40 ingredients, for a cracker or loaf of bread.

As someone who has never taken.a vitamin in her life, who has been sick all her life, it was my homeopathic doctor who blood and urine tested the compounds or lack thereof, in my body.

I submitted to chelation to remove heavy metals, high dose intravenous Vit C & B's and high dose Vit D orally, after my levels were found to be at an 11 when they should have been 100. Since losing that wonderful doctor I have continued with his vitamin regimen and have had nary a sniffle in 10 years. I find, knowing what I used to be and seeing what I am today, as a miracle.

I know and agree with the majority of this article, have no reason to doubt a word, but what we are confronted with today, a total assault on the very essence of health, happiness and life itself, I can say that I am tired, sick and tired, of trying to find good food and having to consistently read the fine print of everything that goes into my body. Yet and still, I do.

I believe the greatest source of health is the sun. People avoid it at all costs. In May I'm an old gray haired white lady, come August I'm a "where are you from?" old gray haired brown lady. That tickles me when I answer, " I'm a Taurus".

The issue I see is that They are depleting the foods of vitamins. What We can get today has less nutrition than in days gone by. The fields are depleted, the sun is covered with spray, and toxins in foods run rampant.

How do We handle that?

That's the question! Fortunately, there are some solutions for making up the nutritional lack in modern foods.

Vitamins and minerals are abundant in:

chlorella, spirulina, wheatgrass, and alfalfa tablets.

Ancient nutrition, AKA organ meats, are how traditional people got their vitamins and minerals. If you're not ready to cook liver and kidney meals several times a week, you can get grass-fed freeze-dried capsules of organ meats.

Bee pollen is a superfood, as well.

What’s sad is I can find no organ meats around here (out in mid-Long Island, NY). I want liver but nowhere can I find it! No beef, no chicken, no other liver.

At least I can get unfiltered raw honey.

I think of all the different cuts of meat that were available, that have now disappeared. The culling of 400 million poultry in one year alone. The complete fire destruction of over 100 food manufacturing plants during covid (nice coverup) in just one year and then there were homeopaths looking for Nagalese in the food supply, who were all taken out in 2 years. Murder Inc. done with the collusion of our government. That sez it all.

Well, I suggest We stop thinking of the controlmind (“government”) as “Ours.” It has been a for-profit corp(se)oration since 1871, owned by the same Ones who own all the for-profit corp(se)orations called “governments” around the globe.

They even declared the People the enemy!

Once We see that, I think it would be an easy step to withdraw Our consent from that whole psychopathic legal/governmental system and stand sovereign on Ethical ground.

You have options: Grass-fed liver in freeze-dried capsules:

Except… Amazon will not let Me use it… LOL! And I would vastly prefer to eat the fresh liver over chucking down (more!) pills.

Much as I agree with the essence of this great article, I also believe that the foods we could once relied on are now counterfeit. Robbing foods of their nutrition-- even the organics!-- was probably part of the plan. (Guessing some other plan highlights were: invert nature, campaign against the Sun, and make a scared populace believe in terrible solutions.) I use food based supplements when I can, but have also recently planted my first food garden...in soil I amended and treat naturally for heavy metals. And put in electroculture rods. Could not believe how the plants took off. I believe if a critical mass did the same, it would turn that "plan" inside out.

Exactly, not all supplements are equal.

I have heard this before about vitamins. I’m curious, Franklin, to your views on supplements. Like sea moss, shilijit, fish oil, and methylene blue. And, I’m assuming that the vitamins and minerals in the shakeology I’ve been having for 10 years is also bad for me. I added the supplements I mentioned over the past year. Recently I have been putting on weight even though I have increased my activity and reduced my calories. I don’t eat junk and focus on real foods. I used to be a health coach and dance fitness instructor so I understand this stuff. It’s quite frustrating to continue to pack on pounds when I’m doing ‘everything right’. Maybe I’m not because I am consuming a lot of supplements as well as a daily shake loaded with vitamins and minerals.

Tammi! Good to hear from you 😊Trust me, I'm in the same boat as you—'healthy' lifestyle that consists of working out and 'supplements' (I used to take Creatine daily).

However, I've stopped taking creatine and noticed that my intestines feel better, I'm not as bloated. Coffee is love/hate, but I can see some negative effects there as well. I use to take a natural testosterone booster that contained maca and others, but for the past two weeks—where I've cut out everything, except caffeine, I feel light, better and stronger.

I think the biggest things is how we're consuming them. Sea moss and Shilijit, I've heard people rave on, and I even tried shilijit for myself a few times, but its more so, is this how we were supposed to take these? should they they taken with other substances, or in food, etc.

Methylene Blue, I'm staying away from simply because it appears that that is simply chemicals from a lab, but the biggest takeaway I've come across with from this series is that our bodies are perfect how they were created.

Yes, our modern environment and foods may not be the best, but if we eat as natural as possible (meats and veggies—little to no carbs and processed foods) and move around, the body will adjust as needed.

Let me know your thoughts when you get a sec!

When speaking of competitors to allopathic medicine, you must mention homeopathy directly! It's a big part of the story re the Flexner report, the AMA and the Rockefellers.

I agree about not taking vitamins though I was previously brainwashed into taking Vitamin C and D3 for awhile. Now I question whether vitamins are even a real thing in nature!

Right, me too. I don't know if the nutrients we get from food can be isolated and labeled as vitamin this or that.

Do you have any repeatable studies linking sympathicotonia to your synthetic vitamins or is this like the virus "evidence" of wishful thinking and begging the question?

Some diagnostic tests for the syndrome are attached. Interesting that even orthodox medicine resorts to vitamin/mineral complexes as an attempted remedy for something you claim is caused by them.

As you know, I am not an apologist for the pharma cartel, so I'd appreciate if your readers can avoid that particular insult. I will simply block any that do.

Totally agree… we don’t need to take in pill form what humans have obtained naturally from food/nature for millennia. And that’s not even considering the synthetic fillers, some of which are microplastics (yes, you read that correctly) they contain… that’s a whole other rabbit hole.
