“What’s The Reality Of Our Future?”
How To Make Impactful Goals In 2024 By Narrowing Our Window Of Focus
As we close another year, anticipation and excitement await us as we look forward to a new year in 2024 -- I know I am!
Overall, 2023 was a challenging year, but if I were to take a step back, it was indeed a learning year that provided plenty of opportunities for growth in all areas. So, as we go towards 2024, with the energy and excitement of what a new year would bring, New Year’s resolutions are typically thrown out for opportunities for improvements, big goals, and big dreams. However, most resolutions fail before they have a chance to succeed. Why is that?
Well, one example of why our goals that we’re excited about often fail by the second month is that it feels good to identify areas to change, but what’s the reality that we succeed in making that change?
From Cannabis.net1, we read the following:
The first tip for actually realizing New Year’s resolutions involves choosing just one or two meaningful goals then designing rigorous systems to achieve them. Most resolutionaries fail by biting off more than they can chew, their eyes bigger than stomachs can digest….
See, expansive lists feel exciting initially, but ensure disappointment by spreading intentions too thin. With only so many hours in a day, dedicating tiny fragments of time to dozens of wishes mathematically guarantees failure. It is not possible to wholly transform all facets of life simultaneously just because a calendar turned. Resolution lists turn to graveyards where inspiration goes to die when we attempt the impossible.
Conversely, deciding on one deeply meaningful change then organizing lifestyle around accomplishing it holds tremendous power. Life roots out indifference by forcing choice and sacrifice. So rather than vague half-efforts sprinkled broadly, genuinely decide the singular goal bringing greatest joy if tackled for months. Then rigorously design schedules, incentives and accountability to guarantee daily progress.
The reality of the situation is that we can’t change everything. However, if we focus on critical areas, we can change those areas, which can have the grandest impact everywhere else!
So, when we look at areas to change within our world, where should we focus on changing?
As fellow freedom fighters and truth seekers, we want to change the world. We see rampant corruption and evil everywhere and want to do something to make a difference. But at times like these, we need to ask ourselves, is this really possible? Can we really bring about a change in the world that we would like to see? Sure, we can manifest anything -- as I discuss plenty here on this substack -- but what’s the reality of our world changing for the better manifesting into reality?
In my podcast2 on Faith and the Reality Inertia, I discuss this philosophy because for our dreams to come true, we need to truly understand the building blocks of our reality to manifest our dreams into that reality. So, the first step is to understand our reality and what factors — at a high level — (people, events, places) need to move to manifest our dream into reality.
I dive into this deeper within my book and the paid content of my substack, but if we as freedom fighters and truth seekers want to see a change in our world, here are the key bullet points of our reality that we need to comprehend and come to terms with as these are the building blocks of our existence:
Our world, earth, is the only plane of existence for 3-dimensional reality. Our earth is stationary - validated by scientific studies such as the Michael Morley experiment - and is at the center of the known universe. From a historical and spiritual context, this means that this earth is the only physical reality that we know and that there’s a Creator/Source/God that has blessed us with the ability for our consciousness to experience physical reality.
Takeaway: We are on the 3d plane to experience physical and material existence to the best of our ability so our non-physical, spiritual consciousness can learn and grow till our physical body passes on.
This 3d natural world is an incredible antifragile3 system that can self-correct and self-heal itself. If we do absolutely nothing, our home earth will continue to grow, and our lives will flourish. This phenomenon has been proven many times, from as small as how our body heals itself to how our nature and its systems heal themselves. This antifragility has been well studied and understood in scientific areas and reflected in works such as the groundbreaking book4 titled Antifragile.
Takeaway: Our Earth, from the climate and weather, as well as us as individuals, possess self-regulating and natural healing characteristics that will continue to evolve if we refrain from interfering with the natural course of things.
For those who understand this reality of our reality, there’s a shift that’s created in our minds that: if this is the only place of physical reality I know (i.e., no such thing as space) and if I’m here to make the most of this, I can do whatever I want in this world. The Divine Source/God/Creator has granted me this opportunity called life, and I can live this life to the best of my ability!
Takeaway: This shift in understanding reality is very empowering, which is why this knowledge of reality is so closely guarded, avoided, and not further explored. Most importantly, we’re distracted away from it.
Distraction comes in many different forms, but the goal is the same: to take your most valuable resources (time (physical aspect) and attention (spiritual aspect)) given to you by the Creator to impact your world and place them anywhere else.
Takeaway: Instead of impacting your world where your consciousness grows to the highest level of manifesting reality as you please, you’ve been distracted to provide that time and attention to impact someone else’s world.
In addition to having our time and attention taken elsewhere, we’ve been told lies and fallacies about the reality of our 3-dimensional world. We’ve been told that we must ensure we fix the world rather than allow it to fix itself. We’ve been told one side of history and given scientismic dogmas that support this false reality, and we’ve been told that we need to give these false realities our time and attention. If not, our worlds will be destroyed, or our way of living as a species will come to an end:
Examples of these fallacies to reality include:
At a crux, these tenets build up the mainstream aspects of reality we can choose to see the world in.
There are two ways of looking at life: one is to view the world through the lens of spirituality and nature, as humanity has done for millennia before the last 200 years; the other is to view life in a new “scientismic” way, which is a result of the industrialization age. As a result, we have a choice to make: what “truth” are we going to base our lives upon? Will we choose the divine truth supported by millennia of human history, or will we choose the truth based on the last 200 years of the industrialization era?

Before going any further, I’d like to shout out to Sean S. and our commentary8 on my podcast, “Why You Should Journal Your Miracles.” Sean’s commentary reintroduced me to the book, “Think and Grow Rich.” As I read it and take into the historical and metaphysical aspects, I can more confidently see how and why we need to see reality from the spiritual perspective vs. the material: the spiritual leads to the material. Yet, if our view is on the material, we will never be able to build a reality of our choosing. The book Think and Grow Rich, written before the industrialization era and its effects truly took hold of society — provides a new, yet older, way to go through the world.
By harnessing the power of consciousness — the gift given to us by the divine — we regain our thoughts, time, and attention.
This realization is the ultimate truth of our existence. By embracing it, we have the power to truly transform our individual worlds - the only world we can control, change, and guide towards the direction we desire.
However, by changing our world, and as we begin to do this systematically and collectively, we begin to change the world as a whole. This change method is the authentic way to change any large mass organization. This method is known as the bottom-up approach, where the changes come from the bottom and rise all the way to the top.
This understanding of how change indeed occurs is why we must focus on actual events that we can change and stop paying attention to any of the scenarios presented to us that supposedly require our energy to change. Examples include climate change9, voting, and many more. These fallacies are nothing more than distractions to uphold the current mainstream narrative. What’s worse is when we look into these illusionary narratives, we see that investing time and energy into these systems yields no beneficial results.
For example, multiple studies have validated that presidential voting — presented as the greatest form of democracy — only serves the oligarchy class10. We hold this idea in our heads that this one time, we can make a difference by voting for a new leader, yet ignore the evidence that shows that by continuing to partake in this ritual, we continue to support the current regime and power structure to stay in place. Another example of fallacy is our modern health care, where many studies show that our health care is declining — especially for millennials, as I discuss in my podcast called The Millennial Genocide — yet we continue to pump more dollars into petrochemicals known as pharmaceuticals. We have nothing tangible to show for the billions spent on space programs in the last 50 years. Yet, we still hold on to the hope that one day, we will travel to space, even though the supposed space station that has been in space for the past decade or so is set to be destroyed with no pieces of evidence saved for historical purposes11. If this doesn’t make one question the mainstream narrative on this topic, I don’t know what will.
It is time to recognize that the current mainstream narrative of the modern world results from a fragile system doomed to fail, as evidenced by current trends. To combat that our individual lives and worlds don’t continue with this destructive trend, we must reflect nature’s system and become antifragile. To do this, we need to remove that that’s not required from our lives (voting, fake science, etc) and return to the true nature of our reality. Unless one is in a prime position to make a difference (i.e.,
’s message on Government12 or the ability to impact local voting significantly,) time and attention are best placed on self and family.By doing so, not only does one’s self change — as well as the world around the self due to the phenomenon of synchronicity — but, as stated above, if we can do this systematically and create communities focused on bringing about this renewed perspective to look at the world, we begin to bring forth a new change, one that has the potential to change the greater world indeed.
This goal — changing my world that I can control and dictate — is my resolution for the new year, and I hope you join me in this.
To close, one thing I’d like to challenge all who read this is to monitor the positive changes occurring in our individual worlds. Returning to journaling miracles, by setting goals and seeing these goals materialize, we see more and more how our reality resembles the world of the actual spiritual reality rather than the fantasmagoria world given to us by the mainstream narrative.
Thank you for the time and attention given to reading this article, and I wish you nothing but a wonderful 2024 and better days, months, and years to come.

Questions To Reflect On
Did you set any goals for 2024, or did you skip them like some people, knowing they might lead to failure?
If you did have the chance to create goals, how confident do you think you will meet them? Or are there so many that, realistically, dedicating small amounts of time a day may make them hard to reach?
If you were asked to focus all your goals into one or two meaningful goals that made the most impact and you could track daily, how would you reframe your goals?
If you did not set any goals but want to make a significant impact in 2024, what one or two goals could you focus on that would have the greatest impact in your world?
PS: One of the many areas we could continue to focus on in our world is the life purpose13 we want to live and how we plan to live that purpose14. I talk about those topics throughout my substack and recommend the article on the MILES approach (Money, Insight, Luck, Education, and Status) as an excellent place to start the brainstorming process.

Thank you for this nudge to do something I should have been doing for a while. Journaling about this wondrous Spiritual awakening I’ve had/am having listing all of the miracles I’ve been given. I think I’ll call my my Blessings Book. This past year has been unbelievable so far as all of the physical ways the Spirit has shown me the presence of God in my life. Seriously. It’s unbelievable. When I tell people about them I can see the distrust in their eyes and feel the shift as they choose not to believe me. Funny how that works- how a person will believe some ludicrous notion pushed by msm (like masks are for health or elections are real) but they won’t believe a person when they tell about a miracle they’ve experienced. I have had such an incredible Spiritual journey full of visions, healings, knowings, and literal ‘uploads’ of info. I have shared all of these things with my husband who has witnessed many of these things himself but I didn’t write them down. I ashamed about that! How rude of me to have divine intervention and not to write it down, preserving the memory forever. If I had documented these amazing things as they happened maybe I wouldn’t sound as crazy when I am telling about them. Would they believe me if I could go to my book and recount them as they happened as opposed to rattling off things from memory? Maybe. Or, is it that most people don’t truly believe in divine intervention? If people understood gifts of the Spirit then they would maybe at least consider my unbelievable stories. Instead, it’s as if my telling about these things sets off an annoyance (or some similar energy) in most people and they make a choice not to believe me. I watch it on their face and feel the shift in their energy. I am curious about this. Why do some of us get it while others just don’t? Are some of us chosen while others are not? What makes us different from the ‘sleepers in the cave’? I have always had an ability to see bullshit for what it was, even as a child. I’m sure you can imagine how this didn’t go over so well with the adults who always seem to lie. Why do people lie so much? Most people live in so many lies that they can’t stand to be around a person who lives in truth. I have always been different and didn't understand it when I was young. I learned quickly that almost all adults lie and they have no tolerance for some big mouthed kid calling them out. You’d think that would have made me keep my mouth shut. It didn’t. So I wonder… what made some of us immune to their tricks and mind control? It’s as if we were placed ‘in the cave’ without chains just to see what we’d do. What do you think?
How much wise words !
And asking myself : wouldn’t it be a kind of blindness, or even hubris perhaps, when we plan to change too much ? Or, a contrario : are we ”so bad” that we have to steaghten so many things out ?
